We recommend adding insurance to your shipping. Although it rarely happens, things do get damaged and lost in the mail. If your product is valuable, it's certainly worth adding insurance.

Your images will be available via an online password protected gallery. All images are downloadable in both High-resolution Tiff and low-resolution jpegs.
All images we shot will be available in High-res Tiff (300 dpi) 3744 x 5616 px.
Low-resolution Jpgs (72 dpi) 1500 px on the long edge.
Send us the specific sizes you need when you do the ordering. We will try our best to accommodate it.
Editing and resizing after the images are delivered will be billed separately.
We photograph all products with color charts and gray cards. We do our best to match the color to the real product.
However, every monitor renders color differently. With that said, there will always be small discrepancies.
Generally, you will get your images within 2 weeks after we receive your stuff. If you need them in rush, let us know. We have expedited service with a rush fee.
