How It Works

Select the services and tell us about your product and any specifications.

Send us your stuff and we will photograph it to your specifications.

Within 2-3 weeks of receiving your stuff, you will receive a link to download all the cleaned up images. 

If you provide a return address, we will send all the stuff back to you!

Things to know

Objects size

In general, the maximum size for products we photograph is 4 x 4 x 4 feet or less.

If you want to shoot larger size products, contact us for special pricing. If it's within our capability, we'll be there to help.

No food photography

Eventhough we love food, we don't do food photography. Food photography requires a special handling and the cook to be on site. Our current studio is just not set up for that.

Although, we certainly can do packaged food products.

Files availability

We certainly understand files and images can get lost. That's why we make it so that your images are available to download on our drive for the next 3 (three) years from the day they are released.

File types.

All images we shoot will be High res TIFF format (300 dpi), and Low res JPG for web (72 dpi)1500 px on the long edge. 

Bulk pricings

Bulk pricings is available if you have more than 50 products to shoot. Tell us what you need, and we'll try to get you a special price.

Subscriptions

If you constantly need product photography, we have flat monthly rate options to choose from. Talk to us about your needs, and we'll give you special pricing.
